What you can expect?
The magic begins ahead of your visit when Santa Claus posts a personalised wooden postcard invite to you family, sent directly from the North Pole.
On the day of your visit, you’ll check in with our friendly staff before Santa’s cheeky helpers will guide you through the intricately decorated barn. Through swathes of adorned trees and pathways lined with enchanting decor, this is a journey you won’t forget.
Enjoy the stories Santa’s helper will share with you along the way, pausing to take photos amongst the magic surroundings, before being introduced to the magical man himself, Santa Claus.
Your family will enjoy an exclusive and personalised meeting with the Big Man himself where he will knowingly recite your Children’s personal achievements and wishes, and more importantly reveal whether they made it on to this year’s nice list?
What is included in your visit?
- Your family will experience an exclusive walk through in our fully immersive grotto
- Your family will enjoy an exclusive and personalised visit with Santa Claus.
- Your child/children will receive an invite in the post, a tree trinket keepsake, and a personalised ‘Nice List’ memento.

ALL children entering the grotto aged between 0 and 12 years must hold a child ticket. This includes “non-believers” and babies – there are NO exceptions.
Children 13yrs+ that would also like to meet Santa for the full experience are also very welcome to book a child ticket.
Who should book an adult spectator ticket?

One of my children is a baby/non-believer why do we have to pay for them?
Santa will never leave a child out, whether they are a baby or a stroppy pre-teen! For the sake of all our magical believers this continuity is of upmost importance.
How is the visit personalised?
Each point of contact will be addressed to your child/children. This includes the family invitation/trinket/nice list memento.
How will Santa know anything about my child?
Santa loves to chat to the children about all sorts of subjects during your visit and we gain your permission to do this through our questionnaire – this must be completed in good time if you would like this opportunity.
What else can we do there?
Alongside the grotto you are encouraged to visit our Little Things stable shop where you can enjoy shopping for festive gifts and treats, and relive your magical moments with our friendly staff.
Can I get an additional gift from Santa as well as a tree trinket for my child?
Yes! You will you find soft toys, books and other gifts during the ticketing option to purchase as add ons.
Are you accessible/inclusive? Can my SEN child attend?
Every year we are thrilled to welcome lots of SEN children through our doors. Our Grotto is crafted to be inclusive, with accommodations for wheelchair and SEN children. Our lively characters can adapt to offer a softer approach for SEN children. The questionnaire allows guests to communicate sensory adaptations needed. While we aim to be accommodating, the immersive and inherently vibrant nature of the environment may be overwhelming, unmodifiable in its bright and lively ambiance. We encourage those with special requirements to contact us in advance for personalised assistance. Read more HERE
