Grotto Terms of Service

TERMS OF SERVICE

Thank you so much for choosing to visit our Christmas Grotto with your family.

Please find our terms of service outlined below. If you complete your booking you are agreeing to and will respect these terms of service.

+ ALL children entering the grotto aged between 0 and 12 years must hold a child ticket. This includes “non-believers” and babies – there are NO exceptions.

+ ALL spectators including adult visitors and children 13 years + must hold an adult ticket – there are NO exceptions.

+ A minimum of one child ticket and one adult ticket must be booked per time slot.

+ A maximum of 4 children and 4 adults can be booked per time slot (if you have over 4 children please email us hello@letsenjoythelittlethings.co.uk)

+ Your experience within the grotto will last approximately 15 minutes which includes your time with Santa Claus.

+ It is your responsibility to complete our questionnaire which must be submitted no later than 2 weeks before your visit date.  If you do not complete it within this timescale you run the risk of the information not being included within your visit.

+ Santa Claus will include some of your personalised information within your visit, but will not be able to relay all the answers provided.

+ Your appointment time is not flexible

+ If you arrive late your visit will be shortened accordingly or missed completely.  You will not be refunded.

+ Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes before your allocated time slot

+ You may cancel your booking up until two weeks before your visit. Refunds will be issued minus a retained £15 fee per child to cover personalised elements already organised and admin fees.

+ Cancellations made with less than two week’s notice will not receive a refund.

+ Bookings are non-transferable 

+ Santa Claus has an up to date DBS check

+ The barn will be fitted with CCTV

+ Toilet facilities are available on site (but they may be a little chilly!)

+ Please feel free to take images and share on social media – but please ensure no other children (bar those in your family) are in your images or published online.

+ We will have gifts available to purchase on site.

+ We are located on a working farm. This may mean you need to dress for the British weather. 

+ Visits are strictly 15 minutes. There are no exceptions. 

+ Please park with courtesy.

+ In the unlikely event of illness or emergency, a character may be substituted. However please note this will only be in exceptional circumstances.
