It might feel early to be talking about Christmas, but behind the scenes at Let’s Enjoy the Little Things, planning for 2026 is already well underway.
Christmas is about joy, excitement and shared moments – the kind that stay with you long after the decorations come down…and now that the decorations ARE down, we can look forward to another year full of festive magic!
2025 was an amazing year for us – over two thirds of our visitors were returning families which makes us so very grateful. Your support and love for the grotto means so much to the whole team and we love to see your friendly faces coming through the door each year! We also got meet lots of new faces which was a lot of fun and we love to welcome new families in to the “little things” community. Thank you to each and every one of you for trusting us with your Childs magical beliefs and their future childhood memories.
For the 7th year our Santa’s Grotto, set inside a beautifully styled barn in Kent, offers a festive experience that is personal, thoughtful and genuinely magical.
Christmas, for us, has always been about joy. Not just the big, showy kind but the little things. The excitement on the walk up to the barn. The whisper of last-minute wishes. The way children light up when they realise Santa knows their name.
That part never changes.
For Christmas 2026, our Grotto returns with everything our families love plus 4 new Santa gifts that we’re excited to introduce.
New for 2026: Santa Gift Upgrades (optional)
This year’s additions feel joyful, playful and very in keeping with our love of celebrating the little things.
Santa & Buddy Softies
We’ve introduced two new soft toys for 2026. Santa is wonderfully soft and reassuring the kind of cuddly Father Christmas you’d hope to find under the tree. Buddy the Elf, on the other hand, has a mischievous sparkle and feels ready for adventure. Both are suitable from birth and designed to be proper keepsakes rather than short-lived novelties.
“Christmas Magic” Board Book
An interactive sound book where children press a wand against the pages to trigger magical spells as Santa and his elves prepare for the big day. It’s playful and engaging especially for little ones who love to feel part of the story.
“Yule Not Open This Book”
A humorous festive tale about Wizz, whose behaviour becomes more and more questionable as the pages turn. It’s lighthearted and fun, with just enough cheekiness to make children giggle.
We will also be offering a limited amount of our favourites soft toys from 2025
Little Christmas Bear a smaller, traditional teddy dressed in a festive hat and scarf, perfect for little hands.
Big Rudolph a 35cm soft reindeer with gentle eyes and a bright red scarf, ideal for those who love a bigger Christmas cuddle.
Clement Storytelling Bear A beautifully crafted animated teddy who moves, speaks, and recites The Night Before Christmas in full. A Christmas tradition in the making.
Why the Details Matter
Choosing the gifts each year is something we take seriously. We look for items that feel joyful, well-made and age-appropriate. We want children to go home with something that becomes part of their Christmas and not something forgotten by January.
The Grotto itself will continue to focus on what it’s always been about: creating a moment that feels exciting, memorable and full of heart.
We’ve also begun working with some new suppliers to ensure that our shop stock is fresh and exciting this year – our expansive range of tree decorations is increasing even more with a new range
Christmas 2026 might feel a long way off, but for us, the magic starts now in the planning, the preparation, and the careful choosing of all those little details.
Because it’s those little things that make the biggest difference.
