Experience Santa’s Toy Factory, a whimsical wonderland where imagination comes to life! Step into this bustling workshop adorned with colourful lights and vibrant decorations. Elves busy themselves crafting magical toys, surrounded by piles of wrapping paper and ribbons. Toy soldiers stand guard, nutcrackers nod in approval, and stuffed animals line the shelves, each one waiting for a child’s warm embrace. The air is filled with the scent of freshly painted wooden toys, and the sound of cheerful elf laughter adds to the festive ambiance. In the heart of it all, Santa’s desk overflows with letters from children around the world, expressing their wishes and dreams. As families journey deeper through the swirling pathways, they’ll discover a magical scene with woodland creatures peeking out from behind frosted branches. At the heart of it all, a beautifully crafted wooden sleigh takes centre stage, surrounded by friendly reindeer and, of course, Santa Claus himself, ready to make a surprise appearance among the snowy pines. The Winter Woodland offers a picturesque setting where families can experience the true magic of the season, with nature and festivity harmoniously blending together in a joyful celebration.
Early Season will run between 23rd November to 1st December and tickets will be £30 for Children (0-12 years inclusive) and £5 per adult spectator (13 years +)
Mid Season will run between 2nd December to 13th December and tickets will be £35 for Children (0-12 years inclusive) and £5 per adult spectator (13 years +)
High Season will run between 14th December to 22nd December and tickets will be £40 for Children (0-12 years inclusive) and £5 per adult spectator (13 years +)

As a special prelude to their visit, Santa himself sends a wooden postcard invite through the mail, ensuring the anticipation builds in good time. On the day of their magical journey, each child is gifted a timeless keepsake tree trinket, a sentimental treasure marked with their name, symbolizing the enduring magic of Christmas that they can enjoy for years to come.
In addition to the trinket, each family receives a magic key, a whimsical token granting Santa access to their home, no matter the chimney size or configuration. It’s a thoughtful touch, ensuring the magic of Christmas reaches every home.
