From the moment you arrive at Let’s Enjoy the Little Things, the magic of Christmas surrounds you. Your journey begins in our festive shop and reception, where the warmth of Christmas magic ushers you inside. Here, you’ll check in for your experience, and browse our carefully curated selection of seasonal treasures while little ones eagerly anticipate what’s to come.
Soon, an elf will appear, calling your children’s name and inviting you to step further into the enchantment. As you pass through the barn doors, a twinkling pathway unfolds before you, leading the way through a world filled with festive wonder. Each step is a storybook moment – glowing lanterns, delicate snowflakes, and beautifully decorated scenes capturing the essence of Christmas magic. The anticipation builds with every turn, leading you to the heart of your visit: a truly special meeting with Santa Claus.
Every child will receive a personalised rosette to mark their visit, a reminder that they’ve made it onto the Nice List! After sharing a magical moment together, Santa will present them with their exclusive Christmas tree trinket—each piece chosen to be cherished and brought out year after year as a treasured memory of their visit.
With hearts full of festive joy, your journey doesn’t end there. After leaving Santa’s grotto, you’ll return to the Christmas shop, where little ones can proudly show off their Nice List treasures and choose a sweetie to celebrate and families can soak in the atmosphere a little longer. Whether you choose to browse for unique festive gifts, indulge in a seasonal treat, or simply take a moment to enjoy the glow of Christmas joy around you, this final stop completes your magical experience before you step back out into the winter air, carrying the spirit of Christmas with you.
P.S Do remember that we are based on a farm, in the middle of winter! We advise that all guests are wrapped up well for the cold weather, with sensible footwear. You can soon pop coats off when you’re in the grotto for a festive photo, but we’d rather you remained cosy either side of that!

After your visit with Santa, we invite you to explore our beautifully curated Festive Shop, a twinkling treasure trove of Christmas delights. From nostalgic tree decorations and handcrafted gifts to festive treats and keepsakes, it’s the perfect place to find something special for the season.
And the best part? Our shop is open to everyone, whether or not you have a grotto booking. So even if you’re just looking to soak up the Christmas spirit and browse for some festive goodies, you’re more than welcome to pop in and explore!

Booking Details & Ticketing Information
Our tiered ticketing system remains in place for 2025, ensuring that families can plan their visit at a time that suits them best.
• Early Season: £30 per child (From November 15th)
• Mid-Season: £35 per child (From November 27th)
• High Season: £40 per child (From December 11th)
• Spectator Tickets: £8 (for all ticket tiers)
To make sure your visit goes smoothly, please double-check your booking details before completing your purchase:
- Ensure you book for all children attending (each child 0-12 must have their own child’s ticket).
- Ensure you book for all spectators (everyone must have a ticket – 13+ siblings, parents/grandparent etc).
- Carefully enter each child’s name and age during the booking process.
- If you wish to upgrade your visit with a Santa gift, select your chosen item(s) at the time of booking. These items are only available when pre booked.
We had several cases last year where families booked multiple child tickets but only entered details for one child—please take a moment to confirm that all information is correctly entered before checking out!
Saying Goodbye to Our Little Memories Package
For the past few years, our Little Memories Keepsake Package has been a much-loved addition to our grotto experience. However, due to growing demand for Jodie Jingle’s work and the super early-season scheduling required, we’ve made the difficult decision to retire this package for 2025.
We’ve absolutely loved offering it and hope to see Jodie Jingle return in a different capacity at the venue in the future (as well as a grotto guest with her own beautiful family!). In the meantime, we are actively working on a potential photographic option for all Grotto guests—so stay tuned for updates!
