Over the years, we’ve been truly overwhelmed by the love and support you’ve shown for our Santa’s Grotto. Every season, the demand grows as more and more families want to be part of the magic we create here at Let’s Enjoy the Little Things. But, as much as we’d love to welcome everyone, our small, close-knit team has been at full capacity for a while now. That’s why, for the first time ever, we’re launching a brand new Santa team, so more families can experience the warmth, joy, and festive fun that we pride ourselves on.
I didn’t make this decision lightly. In fact, it’s taken me three years to feel confident that I’ve found the right people who can replicate the unique magic of our original team. The continuity of the experience has always been incredibly important to me (once or twice I’ve been told that I’m really over thinking it! I obviously disagree and launch in to a whole spiel about preserving childhood magic!). That’s why it took time to ensure this new team can match every bit of the enchantment, warmth, and Christmas cheer you’ve come to expect from us.
Why Two Teams?
We know that our Little Grotto is a cherished tradition for many of you, and we wanted to make sure that no one feels like they’re getting anything less than our very best. Our new team is here to facilitate the growing demand, allowing more first-time visitors to be a part of the magic. If you’re a returning visitor and your little ones are getting older, we suggest sticking with the original Santa team to keep that continuity. For families who visited us when their little ones were really young or for first-time visitors, our new Santa team will offer a fresh, yet equally magical experience.
A Few Important Things to Note:
– EXISTING BOOKINGS WILL NOT CHANGE If you’ve already booked with the original Santa, there’s nothing you need to worry about. Your booking remains exactly as it is.
– There will be NO SWAPPING between the original team and the new team (unless of course there is a emergency in which our usual terms apply). Once you’re locked in with Santa, you’re set!
– This new team is perfect for first-time visitors or those whose children are still young enough not to notice a visual difference.
– Continuity matters to us, and this way, we preserve the magic for everyone!
– We’re aware this could create logistical challenges for next year, but rest assured, we’re already working on ways to make future visits just as smooth and magical.
This new Santa team has been created because of the love you’ve shown us and the magical memories we get to make together.

Why are you introducing a new team this year? And, will the new team offer the same experiences as the original team?
Due to overwhelming demand and requests, we wanted to offer more families the chance to enjoy the magic of Christmas at our grotto but our small original team is already at capacity. However, there’s more to it—fate has stepped in, and for the first time ever, we feel confident that we can replicate the magic the original team has created. This has been something we’ve considered for about three years, and now, thanks to the stars aligning, we’re finally able to bring this vision to life. Both teams will provide the same high-quality, immersive grotto experience, complete with all the festive magic, joy, and festive fun that *Let’s Enjoy the Little Things* is known for. The magic, personalisation and attention to detail remain unchanged, so you can expect a truly wonderful experience.
Can I swap my current booking to see the new team?
No, once a booking is confirmed, it’s locked in with the original team and Santa you selected. This ensures all bookings are honoured and there’s no confusion. Personalisation has already begun for our dates that launched in the Spring. Please choose your team and date carefully before booking.
If I’ve already visited the grotto before, can I visit this year to see the new team?
We recommend this new team for first-time visitors or for families whose children were very young during their previous visit. Continuity is important to us, and older children may notice if Santa looks different, potentially disrupting the magic and belief of their previous experience, which is a big NO from us.
What is the difference between the original team and the new team?
The original team will continue to provide their magic on pre-existing dates. Our new team offers fresh faces with just as much Christmas cheer and festive spirit, however we encourage both of our teams to showcase their own glittering personalities which we believe creates the belief in their characters. Both teams are committed to creating a magical experience.
Can I book the original Santa team for these new dates?
No, the new dates are exclusively for the new team. Our original Santa is fully booked for all other dates. However, our *Little Memories Keepsake Package* is still available with the original Santa team! Everything else is sold out unless cancellations occur, and those rare spots will only be announced via our social media channels.
Is the ‘Little Memories Keepsake Package” still available with the original Santa team?
Yes! While all other original Santa team slots are sold out, you can still (at time of writing) book the *Little Memories Keepsake Package*. Any cancellations for the original team will be announced on our social media, but these cannot be guaranteed.
What are the dates available for the new team?
The new team will be available to book on 5/6/12/13th December between 4-8pm and on 18/19/20 December between 10 and 2pm.

Every child stepping into the world of our Grotto is in for a bundle of magical delights! As a special prelude to their visit, Santa himself sends a wooden postcard invite through the mail, ensuring the anticipation builds in good time. On the day of their magical journey, each child is gifted a timeless keepsake tree trinket, a sentimental treasure marked with their name, symbolizing the enduring magic of Christmas that they can enjoy for years to come.
In addition to the trinket, each family receives a magic key, a whimsical token granting Santa access to their home, no matter the chimney size or configuration. It’s a thoughtful touch, ensuring the magic of Christmas reaches every home.
As a final treat, a beautiful rosette is bestowed upon each child, proudly declaring their place on Santa’s nice list. These meaningful keepsakes not only make their Grotto experience unforgettable but also serve as timeless mementos of the magic they carry in their hearts.

Our beautiful wooden postcards will be hand addressed to your child/children and will feature an image of our spectacular Grotto/Santa and a special message inviting your children to visit!

As both the starting point and the finale, families can return to the shop to share their grotto tales with Clary Fairy and receive a sweet chocolate treat, making it a central hub for the magic to unfold.

Our booking process mirrors last year’s seamless approach, offering low, mid, and high season tickets to accommodate your preferred visit time.
Starting from the end of November, the low season offers a serene beginning to the festive magic. As we glide into December, the mid-season embraces the heart of Christmas, while the high season, closer to Christmas Day, sparkles with the pinnacle of holiday cheer.
The tiered system not only allows flexibility in choosing a time that aligns with your festive plans but also offers a tiered pricing structure to suit different budgets. Rest assured, regardless of the season you choose, all guests receive the same magical experience.
